Create plane with same proportions like reference image (blueprint). (I used speed modeling, but if you want precisely made 3d model, you can cut phone images separately and place it on center to be able to align picture with object.)

Than create box and place it on blueprint. Use dimensions of phone. When you work with blueprints, you need to sometime make object transparent. To do that select object, right click, Properties and decrease it.

Select box and with right click on it go to editable poly. If you are not familiar with that, you can model your object with editable poly, using object’s vertex, edges, borders, polygons.
With connect tool make lines same like on picture, than move corner vertexes inside.

Make a few more connections.

Now, use extrude button to extrude polygons. Champher edges that you don’t want to be smother.

To make button like this I use this technique: select polygons, inset a little, extrude in, inset a little, inset, inset a little, extrude up, inset a little. To make this button on button use same technique.

For other buttons do same, but check which button need to be more extruded up than in.

Go to Modifier list and click on Turbosmooth. Use 3 for iterations. For sharper edges you have to place edges closer!

On back make this extruded line. To do that, champher edges and than extrude polygons in.

Create place for camera on back side. And that’s it.
