Open photoshop and create one circle with pressed shift button.

With dodge tool make some shining parts, and in midle of black circle create new one (red) on new layer.

Now use burn tool and draw dark borders of red layer.

Go to first layer and use dodge to make some metal look. On red layer I made some light/dark place.

Find custom shape that you like and draw that shape in midle (on new layer)

Make soft, 20% opacity brush and in new one layer create some shining white reflections.

Copy all your layers and with scale transform tool make reflection on bottom. Use soft brush with low opacity and delete reflection a little to make them more realistic
