Open your drawing in Photoshop…

With pen tool make selection of parts and fill them with colors. Create path with Pen tool and than click right click and choose make selection. Use new layer for every part.

With dodge/burn tools make it look more 3d. dodge for brightness and burn for shadows.

Make some new selections and use dodge tool for them. Place shadows on bottom using soft transparent black brush.

Now add some details like shines, holes for bootlace…
